A year‑round theme

Women's leadership, all year.

Many of our speakers are women leading at the top of the industry. Women's leadership runs through our panels all year, and on 8–9 March 2027 it takes centre stage.

Twenty-eight leaders, passing the mic.

In each city, a moderator and three women leaders from different companies. Many are RxVP speakers; others join for the day.

Every seat comes through a sponsoring company. If yours is a sponsor, you'll get your link from your HR, L&D or ERG team. If not, ask about a watch party for your whole office.

Rooted in leadership development

Built by people who built programmes

RxVP co‑founder Bonnie Lappin built and led the Healthcare Businesswomen's Association Global Ambassador Program from 2013 to 2025, reaching more than 11,000 participants in 14 countries. In one recent group, a third of participants were promoted before the programme ended.

Members of RxVP's Steering Committee and Advisory Board have led HBA chapters, mentoring programmes and women's ERGs.
